A Little About Me
My experience being around world class leaders and mentors started in High School when I got the opportunity to train the volleyball gym with olympic caliber coaches and teammates. I then went off to play Division 1 volleyball and fell in love with leadership. The leadership principles I learned, practiced and then went on to teach as a collegiate and nationally ranked coach transferred to my professional career when I started my first business.

I started roasting coffee in my garage as a way to have an income while staying home with my babies. We started with a 1 pound coffee roaster I received as a Christmas gift from my dad. Over 7 years, we went from roasting 1 pound, to averaging 300 pounds a week. Our wholesale coffee was in coffeeshops and grocery stores throughout the country. After 7 years of growing the operations, we sold to a family who continues to own and operate out of central Nebraska.

Selling the coffee business helped free up time and resources to scale another business that was booming at an accelerated rate. As commercial general contractors we grew from ground up to nearly $20 million in gross revenue within the first 5 years.

I quickly learned, I needed to be submerged into a community of other business owners to grow personally, as a leader, and as a business owner. The impact my mastermind group and my business coach had on my business, and my life inspired me to take the leap and live life on a mission to make an impact in other business owner's lives.

My #1 priority always has been and always will my 3 children. We live in central Nebraska where they ride their bikes to the pool, play football in the back yard, and grow a garden year round (brownie points if you ask about my greenhouse). I work virtually which allows me to work with businesses from L.A. all the way to Brooklyn, NY.

I'm training for life. My goal is to always be mentally and physically prepared to hike a 14er when the opportunity comes up. Since completing 4 years of D1 collegiate volleyball, I still lace up my shoes and recruit the best team possible for my recreational co-ed volleyball team.

I've not arrived. I am not perfect. I don't have it all figured out. But I am committed to excellence, growth and bringing up those around me for the ride.
